All Imperia Caviar orders are shipped in custom-designed thermal packaging with frozen gel packs via overnight shipping to maintain a consistent temperature of 28°F to 32°F during transit.

How long does the caviar stay fresh after delivery?

Unopened tins stored in the coldest part of your refrigerator can last up to 4-6 weeks. Once opened, we recommend consuming the caviar within 48 hours for the best flavor and texture.

Do you offer international shipping?

Due to the perishable nature of our products and CITES regulations regarding the international trade of sturgeon, we currently only ship within the United States.
